Schedule: You typically work from 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday

YOUR ROLE AS A ROOFING SALES REP - ESTIMATOR:
This role requires a driven professional who excels at both technical assessment and persuasive sales. Your key responsibilities include:
- Conduct residential and commercial roof inspections.
- Document roof conditions using AccuLynx CRM.
- Prepare accurate estimates and present solutions.
- Educate customers on materials, warranties, and project details.
- Follow up with leads and close sales efficiently.
- Coordinate project details with the production team.
READY TO BECOME OUR ROOFING SALES REP - ESTIMATOR?
- 2+ years of sales experience
- 2+ years of experience in roofing, construction, or home improvement
- Experience with AccuLynx or similar CRM platforms
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to get on roofs in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work outside in inclement weather conditions and extreme temperatures
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of roofing systems (tile, shingle, TPO, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
