Associate Director - Global Supply Planning

Responsibilities

Design and implement global supply chain strategies aligned with corporate and regional business objectives
Lead monthly Integrated Business Planning process and Demand-Driven Value Network transformation initiatives
Own end-to-end supply planning with focus on zero backorders and On Time & In Full performance
Develop and deploy Global Inventory Strategy using Multi-Echelon Inventory Optimization methodology
Lead and develop large global team of supply chain professionals through training and career development programs

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Finance, or Engineering
10+ years progressive management experience in Supply Chain or Operations
Cross-functional team leadership and consensus-building capabilities
International work experience
Proficiency with ERP systems: SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle, or i2
Advanced knowledge of MRP/ERP and Advanced Planning tools
Supply Chain Planning expertise with demand, production, and distribution linkages
