Production Worker

Our client is seeking a Production Worker to join their team in Tomah, WI. As a Production Worker, you will be part of a production environment supporting line operations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong work ethic, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to stay focused while working at a steady pace—helping keep products moving from start to finish.

Job Title: Production Worker

Location: Tomah, WI

Pay Range: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Shift: Full Time (Rotating shifts; every other weekend off)

What's the Job?

• Rotate through tasks on a production line, including adding bags onto a machine
• Fold bags to be sewn shut as part of the production process
• Stack finished bags on pallets to support efficient workflow
• Maintain consistent production pace while following established procedures
• Lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen prior to placement
• High school education verification
• Reliability and readiness to work full-time hours
• Comfort working on a production line with rotating tasks
