Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Active and valid Michigan Special Education Teaching License
• Experience in elementary, middle, or high school special education (preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique needs
• Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families to promote student success

• Adapt materials and teaching methods to provide accessible learning experiences
• Monitor progress, maintaining accurate records and documentation as required
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and IEP meetings
