Now hiring for a Muncie Onboarding Consultant Responsibilities Manage onboarding for candidates across multiple locations Coordinate pre-hire requirements and required paperwork Communicate with candidates and hiring managers Track onboarding activities, deadlines, and start dates Maintain accurate onboarding records and information Support multiple projects and locations as needed Assist with onboarding process improvements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 3+ years of project coordination experience Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Strong communication and customer service skills Able to work independently and use good judgment This role is in office, Monday-Friday 8a-5p, in Muncie, IN.
