Monetization Integrity Lead Product Manager (Mandarin Speaker) Location: San Jose Employment Type: Regular Job Code: A179019A Responsibilities Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for governing and improving the quality and safety of the after-conversion experience to protect user trust and platform integrity. Proactively identify, prioritize, and build automated defenses against high-impact integrity risks, particularly within key conversion channels. Partner with Engineering, Data Science, and Operations teams to build scalable, automated detection and enforcement systems, leveraging machine learning and large-scale data analysis to monitor post-conversion compliance. Define key metrics to measure the effectiveness of ACE governance efforts and drive continuous product iteration based on data. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure integrity features are integrated seamlessly and achieve business goals. Qualifications Significant years of experience in Product Management, specifically focused on Risk Management, Trust & Safety, Integrity, or Anti-Fraud within an internet or platform company. Written and oral proficiency in Mandarin required. Both English and Mandarin skill sets are required to support clients and stakeholders based in Mainland China. Demonstrated ability to operate independently and drive significant product initiatives from ideation to launch. Experience with AI application products and large-scale advertising systems and understanding the lifecycle of an ad from submission to conversion. Job Information The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $185,600 - $396,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
