Job Title Evening /Weekend Specialist (Hourly) Job Summary Provide specialized services and support to departmental office or program. May coordinate, evaluate, develop, and implement specialized materials and training programs to support departmental initiatives. Responsibilities Coordinate, evaluate, develop, and implement specialized materials to support departmental programs. Provide training or support training programs. Review and process documents, maintain databases, and provide reports. Provide information to others regarding processes and procedures. Assist with general reporting and maintenance of databases as required. Knowledge Processes and procedures related to departmental work. Skills Maintain an established work schedule. Effective interpersonal and communication skills, including tact and diplomacy. Organizational and planning skills with attention to detail and follow‑through. Maintain confidentiality of work‑related information and materials. Establish and maintain effective working relationships. Technology Skills Proficiency using standard office software applications and student information and database systems. Physical Requirements Work routinely performed in a standard office or similar environment. Stand, walk, sit, bend, reach, kneel, push, and pull. Occasional lifting of objects up to 30 pounds. Work safely and follow safety rules; report unsafe conditions.
