Key Responsibilities of the RN - Pediatric Pre-op

Prepare and assist pediatric patients for surgical procedures
Administer pre-operative assessments and education to patients and families
Monitor patients' vital signs and ensure safety protocols are followed
Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure timely and effective patient care
Document all nursing interventions and patient responses accurately

Requirements of the RN - Pediatric Pre-op

Valid RN license in Washington State
BLS certification required
Previous experience in pediatric nursing is preferred
