Global Sales Admin Intern (Fall 2026)

Musco is looking for a Part-Time Global Sales Admin Intern for Fall 2026. The Global Sales Admin intern at Musco Sports Lighting, LLC plays a key role in providing administrative support to the Global Sales Team. If your experience aligns with the qualifications outlined below, we look forward to hearing from you!

Essential Criteria:

• Freshman, sophomore, or junior pursing a Business, Communications, Marketing, Sales degree or related certificate program.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office, Adobe and internet search engines.
• Ability to work well with others/team player.
• Good telephone, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to self-prioritize and follow through as required to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• This is on on-site internship. The selected candidate must reside in Oskaloosa or within a commutable distance to Musco.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Enter and maintain accurate sales and project information in Scoreboard to support tracking, reporting, and team visibility.
• Assist with preparing sales packages, submittals, and related documentation for internal and customer-facing use.
• Review data and documents for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before routing or submitting materials.
• Support the Global Sales team with administrative tasks, document organization, and coordination of sales-related information.
