Job Title: Appointment Setter & Customer Service Representative Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week Time Zone: U.S. business hours, primarily Florida / Eastern Time Location: Fully remote, work from home (Latin America preferred) Overview Are you a strong communicator who knows how to turn leads into appointments and deliver an excellent customer experience? We're partnering with a growing HVAC services business backed by an established solar company with proven systems, processes, and operational infrastructure. The company is expanding its HVAC services across Central Florida, with plans to scale statewide. In this role, you'll serve as a key connection between marketing, sales, and operations, ensuring incoming leads are handled effectively, converted into appointments, and supported throughout the customer journey. You'll combine appointment setting, customer service, and coordination to help maximize lead conversion and customer satisfaction. You'll join an established remote team with structured standard operating procedures (SOPs), internal tools, and an onboarding process designed to help you integrate into existing workflows with support and guidance. Key Responsibilities Generate and confirm 5+ appointments per day through cold calling, Google Ads, social media, and door-knocking leads. Track, manage, and follow up on leads using Haskell Pro CRM and Go High Level. Qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales representatives. Customer Support & Communication Serve as the primary point of contact for customers before and after the sale. Communicate professionally through WhatsApp, Slack, Haskell Pro CRM, and Go High Level. Provide customers with updates and support throughout the process. Scheduling & Coordination Assign appropriate technicians and sales representatives to appointments. Manage dispatcher workflows and ensure accurate routing and scheduling. Coordinate with sales representatives, technicians, and operations teams. Follow-Up & Retention Conduct post-service follow-ups and customer satisfaction surveys. Collect customer reviews and generate referral opportunities. Re-engage past customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Data Management & Performance Tracking Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and meet performance targets. Use internal tools and automation systems to manage workflows efficiently. Must-Have Requirements 4-5+ years of experience in HVAC appointment setting, customer service, or sales. Fluent English with a clear, professional accent and native or near-native proficiency. College education. Experience using CRM systems. Haskell Pro experience is preferred, but training is available. Strong phone presence and communication skills. Ability to meet daily KPIs, including a target of 5+ appointments per day. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Reliable internet connection, stable electricity, and a professional home office setup with a quiet, distraction-free workspace. Experience with time-tracking and monitoring software. Nice-to-Have Requirements Bilingual Spanish proficiency. Previous experience in the HVAC industry. Familiarity with Go High Level or similar marketing automation platforms.
