***Traveler needs to stay within 30-minutes of the facility to be able to respond to call as expected*** About the Position Position/Specialty: Endoscopy Tech Shift: 0630-5p Ratios: 1:1 Weekend REQ: Yes Is on-call REQ? (Y/N): Yes - Expect to be on call 1 day/ week, Monday through Thursday and every third weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.) -Expect to rotate through the scope cleaning and reprocessing room and assisting the physicians. Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs/float between like units/sister facilities? (Y/N): Yes, but highly unlikely. Required/Preferred Years of experience REQ: 2 years minimum First time travelers accepted: (Y/N): Yes License REQ: N/A Certs REQ: BLS Miscellaneous Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y/N): Approval can be requested prior to assignment but not guaranteed. Local Radius: 60 miles Locals Accepted: (Y/N): Yes, on a case-by-case basis at 10% less the posted bill rate RTO Restrictions for Client Offers: All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility needs Guaranteed Hours: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks. Spaces available in DT and NE parking lots Hurricane Season** Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season, all employees and contractors may be assigned to emergency response teams. If this is a problem, please ensure travelers do not confirm a NEW or EXT assignment during the season. Hurricane season runs from June through November each year. The peak months for hurricane activity are August and September.
