Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist to provide quality respiratory care in a critical access hospital setting. The successful candidate will bring expertise in respiratory therapy, working independently and efficiently to manage patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments and therapies to patients across all age groups.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and responses to treatment.
• Collaborate with medical staff to optimize patient care plans.
• Operate and maintain respiratory therapy equipment including BiPAP, CPAP, and ventilators.
• Document patient care and interventions in electronic health records.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must be a licensed Respiratory Therapist (RRT) in the state of Tennessee.
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in ER or critical care settings is preferred.
