Job Details We are seeking a mid‑ to senior‑level associate to join our real estate practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of commercial transactions alongside experienced attorneys, with direct involvement in deal strategy and execution. You will play a key role in managing matters from start to finish while contributing to a collaborative team environment. The work is varied and consistently active, providing exposure to different asset types, ownership structures, and client objectives. This is a strong fit for someone who wants to take ownership of their work and continue building a sophisticated transactional practice. Responsibilities Handle a broad mix of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing Support and lead deal execution, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents Work on complex ownership structures, including joint ventures and equity arrangements Collaborate with senior attorneys on strategy, client communication, and issue resolution Manage multiple matters simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail Interact directly with clients, opposing counsel, and other deal participants Qualifications Strong foundation in commercial real estate transactions Experience working on complex deals with multiple stakeholders Ability to manage matters with increasing independence Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills Comfortable working in a team‑oriented, fast‑paced environment Requirements Approximately 6+ years of relevant real estate transactional experience Experience with acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, development, and financing Exposure to joint ventures, preferred equity, or similar ownership structures is strongly preferred Background working with a range of asset types, including commercial and mixed‑use projects Prior experience in a law firm environment preferred Active MA bar admission in good standing, or ability to waive in Equal Opportunity Employer Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
