Automotive Detailer - Car Washer - Anderson Mill

Position: Full Time Automotive Detailer Location: 10907 N FM 620, AUSTIN, TX 78726 Pay: $16.00 per hour Position Overview Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as an automotive detailer. Benefits Package Paid time off Consistent full-time 40 hour per week schedule Employee discount Retirement savings plan including 401(k) with matching profit sharing Health insurance Life insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Training and development Schedule Sunday: OFF Monday: 7am - 6pm Tuesday: 7am - 6pm Wednesday: 8am - 12pm Thursday: OFF Friday: 7am - 6pm Saturday: 8:30am - 2pm Responsibilities Wash, clean, sanitize, inspect, and prepare a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and vans. Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols. Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior, including cars, vans, and trucks. Check fuel level, warning lights, and windshield damage; reset factory settings to clear prior customer data; verify registration and licensing. Check fluid levels, tire condition, pressure, and tread depth; inspect the vehicle exterior for damage. Fuel and stage vehicle. Inspect vehicle for safety concerns and report warning lights or damage; remove any vehicle from prep processing as necessary. Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report unsafe or hazardous conditions. Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors. Assist customers when needed; may transport customers to and from branches. Help maintain overall site appearance, including cleaning interior and exteriors of branch locations and general cleaning tasks. Additional Responsibilities Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting. Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship. Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years. If under 21, must have zero moving violations and/or at-fault accidents. No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past five years. Must have at least six consecutive months of prior work or organizational experience.
