Overview Building Location: Building D – Miller Dwan Medical Center – EH Duluth. Department: 2813340 INPATIENT REHAB – IRF. As a registered nurse, you will organize and provide nursing care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation, delegating aspects of care to other nursing personnel as appropriate, and contributing to the facility’s mission and accreditation requirements. Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive, holistic, and compassionate nursing care tailored to each patient’s needs. Exercise professional autonomy by making informed decisions and promoting health and safety. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members—including physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants—to assess concerns, integrate data, and develop care plans. Implement, monitor, and evaluate individualized care plans to enhance patient outcomes. Maintain and expand professional knowledge and competencies through continuing education and training. Qualifications BSN or ADN degree from an accredited nursing school. Current Minnesota nursing licensure. Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification obtained within one month of hire. Eligible for a hiring incentive: $7,500 for ADN holders and $10,000 for BSN holders. Work Schedule & Compensation FTE: 0.8. Shift rotation: Day (0700–1530) or Night (2300–0730) with alternate weekends and holidays. No call obligation. Remote or hybrid option may be possible. Union: Miller Dwan MNA RNs (MDRN). Compensation range: $45.03–$68.87 per hour.
