We offer a full benefits package with benefits starting after 30 days, 401K matching, PTO, paid holidays, commissions and more perks!Responsibilities:Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performanceDiagnose and repair HVAC system issuesCollaborate with team members to complete services and repairs efficientlyProvide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questionsMaintain accurate records of all installations, repairs, and maintenance performedAdhere to safety protocols and regulations at all timesMust be available for on call and overtime and weekends during peak seasonsExperience:Minimum 5 years as an HVAC Technician or similar roleStrong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systemsFamiliarity with air conditioning units, heat pumps, furnaces, geos, and other HVAC equipmentExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot system issuesValid driver's license with a clean driving record is requiredEPA certification, preferred, OR we will pay for you to obtain it!If you are a skilled HVAC Technician looking for a challenging yet rewarding opportunity, we invite you to apply.
