Whether you will spend your day brainstorming in an office cubicle, operating a crane, running manufacturing equipment or troubleshooting technical obstacles, at CMC, you'll get the training and support from your team that you need to excel in your role and reach your full potential.What You'll DoConduct and document Pre and Post Pour Inspections of productEnsure all products meet or exceed ASTM and DOT specsInspect and stamp product according to DOT standards prior to shipmentMaintain all plant and personal certifications thru ACPA, NPCA, and multiple DOT'sPerform daily tests to ensure quality in product (cylinder breaks, pre-pour / post-pour, wire check, etc.)Supervise, lead and mentor a group of Quality Control Technicians throughout out the regionTest and document fresh and hardened concrete in accordance with industry standardWhat You'll NeedAbility to keep and maintain all required documentationCrane CertifiedExcellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervisionForklift certifiedWork in indoor and outdoor weather conditions, including extreme hot temperaturesWork near moving machinery and equipment - could include electrical hazardsYour EducationHigh School Diploma, GED or Tech Certificate requiredMust have and maintain ACI Field Tech and ACI Strength Tech certificationsMust acquire and maintain multiple state DOT certificationsWe are CMC, a Fortune 500® company at the leading edge of our industry.
