• 1st Shift: $16.00 per hour
• 2nd Shift: $17.00 per hour
• 3rd shift $18.00 per hour

Position Summary

Direct Care Workers provide hands-on support to our residents by assisting with daily living activities and ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Support residents with eating and mobility
• Follow individualized care plans
• Administer medications as trained
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
• Communicate effectively with team members and residents

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
• Experience is a plus, but not required - we provide paid training

Schedule

• Part-time
• all shifts available
• Includes every other weekend
• Holiday rotation required
