Non-Clinical - Information Technology - Analyst

Job Summary:
This is a temporary, grant-funded role supporting the Special Pathogens Program with a focus on financial management, compliance, and reporting. The position involves ensuring proper allocation, monitoring, and documentation of grant funds to facilitate smooth operations and accountability.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and monitor all grant expense reports, invoices, and budgets to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Review and reconcile accounts for sub-awardees, verifying fund availability and processing reimbursement claims.
• Manage award modifications, close-outs, and prepare detailed financial reports including expenditure summaries and forecasts.
• Review and verify Time and Effort Attestations and progress reports to ensure compliance with grant requirements.
• Serve as a liaison among finance, program, and funding agencies, providing technical assistance and training to sub-recipients.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation for audits and future reference, including database management of grant files.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Science, or Art.
• Demonstrated experience with grant application processes and financial management.
• Proficiency in budgeting, analyzing, and modifying budgets.
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft HR and Procurement systems.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, with experience in reporting and data analysis.
