The organization is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with experience or strong interest in functional and integrative medicine to join its growing clinical team in the Tustin area. Essential Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations focusing on root-cause medicine
• Develop individualized treatment plans using integrative and functional medicine approaches
• Address chronic conditions through lifestyle, nutrition, and preventive strategies
• Educate patients on long-term wellness and healthy lifestyle practices
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure coordinated patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
• Participate in clinical discussions and ongoing professional learning

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Licensure: Active and unrestricted California NP or PA license; active DEA registration preferred
• Experience: Background in family medicine, internal medicine, wellness medicine, or functional/integrative care preferred
