ABA Child Interventionist / Behavior Technician / RBT - Part Time

Schedule Monday–Friday 3:00 pm–7:00 pm. Benefits Paid training & after–school hours. Competitive compensation: $20.00–$25.00 hourly, based on experience, education, and certifications. Part‑time flexibility: 12–20 hours per week, providing an ideal work‑life balance. Career growth: educational and training support to become an RBT or Board Certified Behavior Analyst, with guidance and subsidies. Responsibilities Implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Board‑Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA). Observe, record, and report client progress and behavior daily. Manage challenging behaviors. Apply behavioral principles consistently in all interactions with clients. Assist clients, as needed, to acquire academic and/or appropriate life skills. Communicate in a professional and respectful manner with parents, behavior analysts/consultants, trainers, and clients. Act as an active member of the treatment team. Complete daily paperwork and data‑collection notes accurately in an online database. Actively participate in continuous training programs. Maintain confidentiality of client information. Follow BE policies and procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. A genuine love for working with children. Positive interpersonal skills for working with children and families. Prior experience with children is advantageous. Interest in ongoing development. Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. A tablet or laptop computer for use during sessions (not just a smartphone). Physical Requirements This role involves working in natural environments, occasionally requiring lifting or moving up to 50 lbs and maintaining various postures for extended periods.
