Customer Service Representative (Entry-Level)

Position Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to residential and commercial customers. This role is responsible for accurately processing service requests, coordinating with internal departments, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving.

• Create and schedule accurate service and installation requests for customers.
• Provide information on products and services and communicate pricing when applicable.
• Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and service issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Identify solutions to customer needs and follow up to ensure successful resolution.
• Conduct outbound calls as needed for customer follow-up and service updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize and fulfill customer requests.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within company systems.
• Meet established individual and team performance goals.
• Follow company communication standards, policies, and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
• Work additional hours, including overtime, when business needs require.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Prior customer service, administrative, call center, or customer support experience is a plus.
• Experience using CRM, ERP, or similar business systems is preferred.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Olathe, KS.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
