Catalina Bravo Insurance Agency is a brand new, independently owned insurance agency that just opened its doors in Montebello, CA. We are proudly serving our local community and the greater Los Angeles area and we are growing fast.

We are looking for a motivated, people-oriented Sales Representative to be part of something exciting from the very beginning. This is not just a job posting. Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and build a strong client pipeline through networking, referrals, community outreach, and agency-provided leads
• Schedule appointments and meet with prospective clients to identify their insurance needs
• Present and sell appropriate Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial Insurance solutions
• Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships with consistent follow-up
• Represent the agency professionally and ethically in the Montebello community
• Stay current on products, industry changes, licensing requirements, and continuing education

Requirements

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Excellent communication skills verbal, written, and listening
• People-oriented with a natural ability to build trust and lasting relationships
• Coachable, dependable, and committed to high ethical standards
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
• Property & Casualty license preferred motivated candidates willing to obtain licensure will be fully supported
• Experience in insurance, sales, or customer service is a plus but absolutely not required
