Bilingual Spanish Recruiter – support high‑volume recruitment across diverse roles, focusing on Spanish‑speaking talent. Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles, focusing on Spanish‑speaking talent. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer acceptance. Conduct interviews in both English and Spanish, ensuring cultural fit and role alignment. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other tools to manage and track candidate activity. Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events (virtual and in‑person). Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the hiring process. Provide a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professionalism. Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred. Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluent/professional level required). Proven work history with a record of reliability, professionalism, and results. Minimum 1–2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high‑volume or call center environment. Prior call center experience (as a recruiter or agent) is strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS). Excellent communication, organizational, and time‑management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
