Lucas Therapies, a H2 Health company, is seeking a Float Physical Therapist Assistant to support our outpatient clinics throughout the Roanoke region. This is an excellent opportunity for a PTA who enjoys variety, collaboration, and the chance to work with diverse patient populations across multiple clinic locations. As a float clinician, you'll work across multiple outpatient locations within the Lucas Therapies and H2 Health network throughout the Roanoke market. You'll gain exposure to a variety of patient populations while building relationships with experienced clinical teams dedicated to delivering individualized, evidence-based care.

Your Role

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatment under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
• Treat orthopedic, post-operative, musculoskeletal, balance, vestibular, and mobility-related conditions.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies.
• Accurately document patient progress and communicate treatment updates with the clinical team.
• Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time.
• Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management.
• Travel between assigned clinic locations throughout the Roanoke region as needed.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists and support staff to support strong patient outcomes.
