Assistant Food Service Manager

Assistant Food Service Managers lead, develop and motivate a team of food service crew members to create a destination experience for our guests. You implement the corporate food service program while adding their unique skills to improve the overall go‑to‑market of fresh delicatessen products in their location. You will actively assemble, prepare, package and merchandise self‑service delicatessen products while assisting guests with product selection and sales. Additionally, you are responsible for tracking sales, building displays and stocking and maintaining inventories. You are required to ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation requirements and actively participate in cleaning and sanitizing food preparation areas, tools and equipment. A food handler’s permit is required. The position is open 364 days/year. Evening, weekend and holiday shifts are on the busiest days; availability to work these times is necessary. The role requires physical tasks such as reaching over the head, bending, twisting, pulling, pushing, lifting 50 lbs. and standing up to 8 hours. Friendly customer care at all times is expected.
