Physical Therapist – Orthopedic Rehab Clinic in Pompano Beach, FL

Location: Pompano Beach, FL
Position: Physical Therapist
Work Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapy Office
Office Assignment: One office location only
Pay: $50–$55 per hour
Schedule: Flexible schedule available

We are recruiting a Physical Therapist in Pompano Beach, FL for an orthopedic outpatient physical therapy office. This role is focused on helping patients move better after injuries, joint pain, surgery, weakness, or mobility challenges.

The PT will evaluate patients, design treatment plans, and provide active rehab that supports better strength, stability, balance, and function. This is a clinic-based position with flexible schedule options and a full benefits package.

Schedule Options:

• 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients and identify orthopedic therapy goals
• Create individualized treatment plans based on patient function and diagnosis
• Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, balance training, and functional movement care
• Monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans when needed
• Educate patients on proper form, home exercises, and activity modification
• Complete daily notes, progress reports, and discharge documentation
• Support an efficient outpatient clinic workflow

Requirements

• Active Florida Physical Therapist License
• DPT Degree or MSPT Degree
• Outpatient experience preferred
