Qualifications For a Commercial Hvac Service Technician 6+ years of HVAC service experience (Commercial) Wiring diagram schematic literacy and basic refrigeration knowledge EPA universal certification or willingness and ability to obtain within the first 90 days of employment A valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift up to 75lbs, work at heights over 8ft, and work outside in all kinds of weather Availability to work overtime, weekends, flexible start/leave times, and an on-call rotation Basic hand tools and a tool bag Benefits & Perks At GSM Services, we believe in taking great care of our team—on and off the job.
