As an Enrollment Specialist, you’ll serve as the face of Easy Wireless—connecting people with essential mobile and internet services while enjoying paid training, advancement opportunities, and strong earning potential.
What You’ll Do
- Act as a brand ambassador for Easy Wireless in-store and at community outreach events.
- Enroll qualified customers in government-subsidized wireless programs (Lifeline).
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and municipal guidelines.
- Engage with customers to explain services, answer questions, and provide tech support for devices.
- Operate mobile tents and booths—set up, tear down, and manage inventory.
- Meet or exceed sales goals through customer engagement and product promotion.

What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (required)
- 1+ year of customer service, sales, or retail experience (preferred)
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
- Basic computer and mobile device skills (email, internet navigation, data entry)
- Comfortable working outdoors, lifting up to 40 lbs, and standing for extended periods
- Bilingual skills are a plus!
