Patient Service Representative

Jefferson City Medical Group (JCMG) is looking for positive, friendly Patient Service Representatives. Hours will vary based on the needs of the clinics. Responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out for their clinic visit, answering the telephone, and the collection of co-payments. Knowledge of basic insurance and billing procedures is preferred. Exceptional people skills, computer knowledge, and be ability to remain calm and multi-task in a fast-paced environment are needed for this position. Excellent customer service attitude, dependability, and time management skills are a must. Previous experience in a medical office is preferred but will train candidates with the willingness to learn new skills.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Works in heated and air-conditioned areas consistent with a normal office environment.
