Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will play a crucial role in our clinical team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments for couples, individuals, and families to identify their unique needs and treatment objectives.
  • \n
  • Facilitating therapy sessions that may involve working with both partners simultaneously and providing individual sessions when necessary.
  • \n
  • Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans for a variety of challenges, including but not limited to:

      \n
    • Alcohol abuse
    • \n
    • Effects of physical or psychological abuse
    • \n
    • Grief and loss issues
    • \n
    • Family conflicts and cut-offs between family members
    • \n
    • Job-related stress
    • \n
    • Adjustments to medical issues and blended family dynamics
    • \n
    • Separation and divorce concerns
    • \n
    • Mother/daughter conflicts
    • \n
    • Enhancing communication skills within families
    • \n
    \n
  • Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to achieve effective treatment outcomes.

  • Maintaining thorough documentation of patient progress and treatment milestones and adhering to ethical and legal standards of practice.
  • \n
Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will encompass a wide variety of clients, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will engage with families experiencing diverse challenges, helping them navigate through and resolve issues that impact their overall emotional and psychological well-being.

Qualifications\n

  • A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.
  • \n
  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
  • \n
  • Previous experience in a clinical setting with proven patient outcomes is preferred.

Preferred Experience\n

We encourage candidates with experience working with diverse family systems and those familiar with teletherapy to apply. A flexible availability that allows for 30+ hours of work per week is highly desirable. Compensation and Benefits\n
