JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-

Registered Nurse Administrative Director - Surgical Services

RN ADM DIR - OR

Full-Time

Registered Nurse Administrative Director candidates for the Surgical Services Department will have the following job responsibilities:

• The Director of Surgical Services ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall function and staffing of the unit(s)/department(s) in addition to forecasting, planning, and budget monitoring. 
• The Director fosters a culture of accountability and collaboration and supports the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures in support of facility objectives.

RN ADM DIR - OR

Registered Nurse Administrative Director candidates for the Surgical Services Department must meet the following minimum job qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Required
  

• Master's Degree Preferred
  

• 2+ years of previous Director of Surgical Services experience Required
  

• 3+ years of previous applicable experience in acute care Surgical Services Required
