Position Overview Leading logistics company is looking for reliable and experienced CDL Class A Solo Truck Drivers for PM Solo Linehaul positions and AM P&D Spot work located in St. Louis, MO – Stations 631 / 633 Unlimited Earnings Potential Compensation PM Linehaul Drivers: up to $0.65 CPM based upon experience; potential to earn $85,000 annually AM P&D Spot Drivers: Up to 35% of Weekly Net Revenue All MILES are PAID MILES. Paid weekly via W-2 and direct deposit Safety Bonus: All drivers will be eligible for a quarterly bonus provided there are no preventable safety/DOT incidents and/or truck damage Referral Bonus: Immediate Increase to your rate for every referral hired Home Time: Home Daily, PM Solo Runs dispatch multiple times, either 8-9 pm or 2-3 am, AM P&D Spot Runs dispatched late morning Perks 100% Drop & Hook – No touch freight, FedEx Hub to Hub work Ryder Full-Service Leases provide 24/7/365 support and virtually eliminate downtime 24/7/365 support from a dispatcher Benefits 2 Weeks Paid Vacation Up to $250 Monthly Medical Reimbursement for Insurance of YOUR Choice (after 6 full months of service) Minimum Requirements 1 Year of experience in the last 3 years OR 5 Years of experience in the last 10 years Drug test and Background check Equipment and Training Equipment: 2024-2026 Freightliner Cascadia Day Cab’s - All automatic transmission Training: In-depth training provided to include Skills Assessment / Road Test, Coupling and Uncoupling Double Trailers; Ongoing training as necessary.
