TRAVEL LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (TRAVEL LPN) | CONTRACT ASSIGNMENT JOB OVERVIEW

Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a contract opportunity in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. The LPN will provide direct resident care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, and collaborate with the healthcare team to support high-quality patient outcomes.

SHIFT DETAILS

• Shift Time: 10:00 PM 6:30 AM
• Meal Break: 30 Minutes
• Night Shift

GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY

• Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours Per Week
• Pay Rate: $36.33 - $42.38 per hour

REQUIREMENTS

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) License in good standing
• Current BLS certification preferred
• Previous long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Reliable transportation required

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide direct nursing care according to physician orders and individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team
• Perform nursing assessments and maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Assist with developing and implementing resident care plans
• Collaborate with physicians, registered nurses, therapists, and support staff
• Ensure compliance with infection-control procedures and safety standards
• Promote resident comfort, dignity, and quality of life
• Support a safe and therapeutic care environment

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Guaranteed 40 hours per week
• Competitive pay rate of $36.33 - $42.38 per hour
