Somatic or EMDR Psychotherapist Pasadena & East Side

Hybrid on-site/remote role for a licensed Psychotherapist or Associate located within commute distance of Pasadena, Los Feliz, Echo Park or Studio City for at least one or two days per week. You will be responsible for providing counseling services. You will gradually scale up (2-5 leads per week) to ideally reach 20 clients within 6 months. Our minimum expectation once you're scaled is 15 client hours per week. Compensation Licensed therapists earn a split of 60% of revenue collected. Our licensed practitioners charge rates of $200-$350, so you earn $120-$210 per session). Associate therapists earn a split of 40% of revenue collected. Our licensed practitioners charge rates of $150-$250, so you earn $60-$100 per session). Requirements We require that you have some form of specialized training or a certification in a somatic therapy such as: Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, Hakomi, Sensorimotor, trauma-sensitive yoga, or other mindfulness approaches outside of your graduate degree. We will provide ongoing supervision, training, and mentorship in this area. You should be hard-working, professional, organized, and detail-oriented (type-A) with a warm and supportive demeanor. You will be expected to follow up on leads same day and operate in a high-touch communication environment. Having a professional career prior to being a therapist is a plus.
