This isn't just a sales role-it's a mission-driven opportunity to connect patients to life-changing care. You'll be the bridge between healthcare providers, community partners, and the patients who need us most.

What You'll Do:

• Build and grow strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, and community partners

• Identify and close new business opportunities within your territory

• Represent Elara Caring at community events and industry touchpoints

• Act as a trusted liaison-ensuring seamless communication and patient admissions

• Drive strategic growth while making a real impact on patient lives

• Performs other duties/projects as assigned.

What is Required?

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance is preferred, but not required.

• 3+ years of sales experience with 1+ year in home health care services.

• Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication.

• Skilled in conflict resolution.

• Proven sales acumen with demonstrated results and ability to work independently as well as in a team.

• Ability to travel as needed within territory demographics or organizational needs.

• Must have personal reliable transportation.
