Direct Support Associate
Mosaic Life Care
Mosaic Life Care is seeking a compassionate Direct Support Associate to join our Community & Social Services team. In this role, you’ll provide person-centered support to individuals with developmental and physical disabilities, assisting with daily living skills, personal care, and community integration. You’ll follow individualized support plans, document services, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team.
