Administrative Assistant PRN

Job Summary and Qualifications

• Complies and distributes monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual reports in Medical Imaging and Cardiovascular Lab as requested
• Maintains Low Dose CT paperwork and information and applies to the NRDR registry
• Maintains Low Dose CT excel spreadsheet and sends needed letters to providers as needed for follow up testing
• Files all correspondence in an orderly fashion and maintains file/invoicing system
• Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents
• Greet, interact, and assists all visitors with any questions/concerns, referring any matters to appropriate personnel if necessary
• Participates in educational programs
• Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications
• Coordinate project-based work
• Assists front desk & transports as needed
• Supports organizational initiatives
• Demonstrates a commitment to excellence in patient and employee satisfaction
• Contributes to continuous quality improvement
• Maintains safe environment for employees, visitors, and patients
• Conduct reflects NorthCrest's values and commitment to the Code of Conduct.
• Adheres to HIPAA privacy regulation in accordance with policies and procedures.
• All other duties as assigned.

What qualifications you will need:

• High school diploma/GED; Some college preferred
• Current BLS (or obtain within 30 days of hire)
• 2 to 3 years clerical experience preferred
