*Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ALIP implementations.
*Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional specifications.
*Lead requirement workshops and manage requirement traceability.
*Support SIT/UAT cycles and business validation.
*Ensure alignment with insurance domain processes.
