Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based physical therapy interventions. Assess therapeutic, rehabilitative, and functional status. Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans in coordination with physicians and care teams. Provide skilled therapy to produce measurable improvements in patient function. Instruct patients, families, and caregivers in therapeutic exercises, appliances, and home care strategies. Prioritize caseloads and coordinate daily assignments and handoffs. Maintain compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards of practice.

Required: Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy, State Licensed Physical Therapist, Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of hire, Open to new graduates; experience not required.

Preferred: Clinical experience in acute care, inpatient rehab, or outpatient settings, Strong communication and patient education skills, Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
