We're a growing home services team serving Augusta, GA, and the surrounding communities on both sides of the Savannah River. As we launch our new plumbing service line, we're looking for a licensed leader to help us build it right from day one. The Role This is a rare opportunity to step in on the ground floor and shape a department. As our Plumbing Service Manager, you'll bring your Master Plumber license and hands-on residential service experience to establish the standards, processes, and team that will define Bailey's plumbing division for years to come. Either way, you bring strong technical skills, leadership instincts, and a customer-first mindset. Requirements License Must Haves Current Georgia Master Plumber license, Class II (Non-Restricted), issued by the Georgia Division of Master and Journeyman Plumbers — required South Carolina Residential Plumber license — preferred but not required; dual GA/SC licensing strongly preferred, as this role supports service in both GA and SC within the Central Savannah River Area (CSRA). Exam waiver available for qualified Master Plumbers.
