Position Description Must be MDS Certified Must be in good standing and currently licensed by the state Must have 3 years experience Health Insurance with BCBS FREE $50k Life Insurance policy Accrued PTO and Holiday pay 403b Retirement Plan State Licensed onsite Daycare for employees children and many more incentives.. Oversee and coordinate the development and completion of the resident assessment in accordance with current Federal and State rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the resident assessment. Assist in the development of a comprehensive resident assessment and care plan for each resident. Disseminate any new or updated materials involving RAI process. Participate in and oversee the timely electronic submission of all MDS. Create an opportunity for family participation in the care planning process.
