Customer Master Data Specialist

Job Title: Customer Master Data Specialist Location: Long Beach, CA Job Type: Open Salary: $23 - $25 per hour Responsibilities Perform data entry and maintenance for integrated enterprise system (SAP) with high accuracy. Process all internal inbound requests for new accounts and perform updates to existing accounts per divisional policies. Maintain account pricing, adjustments, rent codes, and exemptions. Process price maintenance requests for customer accounts promptly. Create hierarchy nodes and modify hierarchy assignments. Generate and analyze Excel data reports from SAP and SharePoint. Other duties and projects as assigned. Required Qualifications High school diploma. Minimum 2 years of administrative experience. Familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft Office software. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks. Ability to work in a fast‑paced and evolving environment. Strong prioritization and adaptability skills under urgent workloads. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience with high‑volume data entry fast and accurately. Effective presentation skills and ability to respond to questions from associates. Analytical thinking to evaluate solutions and implement them. Initiative and teamwork ability. Positive attitude and adaptability. Preferred Qualifications Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field. Experience with SAP. Benefits Medical, dental, and vision plans.
