We are looking for a life insurance licensed professional to join our team here in Pennsylvania. This position will a hybrid position, with some in office time required. You will play a crucial role by managing our client data base, engaging with our clients and team members, building relationships and managing all back office duties. You will apply your life insurance skills to increase our customers understanding of the value of insurance while cultivating long-term relationships with trusted advice. You must have a good working knowledge of Excel, Outlook and client database management. This position offers flexibility in scheduling and provides an opportunity to gain valuable experience in the insurance industry. Life insurance license required. Bilingual a plus. Base salary plus bonus.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls to clients and team members.

Schedule appointments.

Maintain accurate records of all interactions and keep client information in our database updated.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve weekly and monthly goals.

Communicate with team members and external partners daily.

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Previous life insurance experience is preferred but not required.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Computer skills and familiarity with CRM software and Excel.

High school diploma or equivalent.

• A Life & Health Insurance license is required.
