Grants Associate | New York, NY (Hybrid) A leading nonprofit organization serving communities across New York City, is seeking a Grants Associate to join their team. This is a strong opportunity for someone passionate about mission-driven work and looking to grow within grants and development. What You’ll Do: Draft and support grant proposals, reports, and letters of inquiry Research and identify new funding opportunities (government + foundation) Track grant deadlines, reporting requirements, and submissions Monitor RFPs/RFQs/RFAs and summarize opportunities for leadership Partner with internal teams to gather data for applications and reports Create visuals (charts, tables, infographics) to strengthen submissions Maintain records in Salesforce 2–3 years of grants, fundraising, or nonprofit development experience Strong writing and communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 403(b), commuter benefits, and generous PTO #J-18808-Ljbffr
