Responsibilities

This position is responsible for receiving, sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail.

• Process FedEx packages and learn all aspects of FedEx machines
• Learn and process certified mail
• Learn mail machine to add postage as needed
• Maintain accurate records and files of daily activities
• Retrieve and drop off mail at the Post Office Distribution Center
• Process store mail outs as necessary
• Provide backup support across the Mega Center, including the Print Room and mail distribution to the Home Office and three off-site locations.
• Assist with special projects as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Basic proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must possess a valid Driver's license
• Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

The pay range reflects the potential base salary range for this role. Individual base pay is determined by various factors such as relevant experience and skills, and the scope and responsibilities of the position.
