Registered Dietitian

Senior Community Care of Northern Kentucky, a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), is seeking a compassionate Registered Dietitian to support older adults in maintaining their health and independence. In this person-centered role, you will assess participants’ nutritional needs, develop individualized care plans, provide nutrition counseling and education, and monitor outcomes. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive medical, social, and supportive services. Build meaningful relationships with participants and their caregivers while helping frail seniors safely age in place.
