Principal Operations Program Manager

Mercury is looking for an experienced Principal Operations Program Manager to serve as the bridge between Operations and the P&L for sustaining programs in the Compute line of business, accountable for EAC’s, Operations BOE in support of proposals, and overall operational performance. Job Responsibilities Serve as main point of contact for operations into the Integrated Program Team for sustaining programs – from material procurement through hardware delivery Utilize robust framework for assessing operations content on EAC’s, including risk & opportunity evaluation Manage basis of estimate process for proposal activities Required Qualifications Experience communicating complex concepts or ideas in a clear and concise manner to various levels of internal & external stakeholders Experienced with Operations Basis of Estimates, to include experience with quick turn requirements to support labor and material requirements, and process improvements as needed. Detail oriented approach to assessing program health, risks & opportunities Experience managing a budget Proficient in ERP/MRP systems Background in at least one of the following: manufacturing, operations, supply chain, planning, program management, process engineering Experience working in an IPT structure Experience leading teams and succeeding in a matrixed environment Ability to work in a hybrid environment, based in Hudson, NH Willingness to travel >25%, with expectation for high level of travel up front Preferred Qualification Experience with DoD & Aerospace Industries Proficient in Earned Value Management Working knowledge of PowerBI, Mendix & advanced excel tools This position requires you to access information that is subject to U.S. export regulations. Fulltime Equivalent Job Grade Salary Range for this position $87,100.00 - $182,900.00 annual salary for in-office or hybrid employees in FL, GA, IN, AZ, AL, MD or TX, and all remote employees $97,600.00 - $204,800.00 annual salary for in-office or hybrid employees in VA, CA, NH or MA $102,800.00 - $215,800.00 annual salary for in-office or hybrid employees in NJ Additional Information Mercury considers a variety of factors to determine individual base salary offers to candidates, including: the role and related responsibilities; education, training, skills and certifications; internal equity with others employed by Mercury in similar roles; geographic location; and alignment with market data.
