Pediatric Front Desk Specialist - Family-Centered Care

Mary Bridge Children's Hospital in Tacoma, WA seeks a Medical Receptionist to be the first in-person contact for the clinic. The role is an FTE 1.0, Day shift, 8-hour shifts Mon-Fri 7:30am-7:00pm with rotating Saturdays to flex weekday hours. You will greet patients, answer phones, assist families, schedule and register patients, handle charge entry and payments, balance batches, and operate office equipment.
