You will chart LESS, not more. We run on WellSky SkySense AI — the newest AI documentation technology in home health — and we're one of the first agencies in San Antonio to put it in our nurses' hands. Our nurses use WellSky Scribe, ambient AI that listens during your visit and drafts your notes for you. In plain English: far less charting at night and a lot more time with your patient. What We're Looking For

• Active Texas LVN license
• Reliable transportation and current auto insurance
• Current CPR
• Good documentation habits, strong communication, and follow-through
• Home health experience is a plus — but if you're a strong LVN who's new to the field, we'd still love to talk
